Lau Fan Blade 22" Counterclockwise 27-Degree 4-Wing

The Lau 60559401 is a 22 inch counterclockwise rotation, 27 degree pitch, four-wing propeller fan blade for condenser fan applications in larger HVAC equipment.

A shallow 27 degree pitch combined with four wings and a 22 inch diameter produces substantial airflow at moderate motor load, which is a common configuration on larger residential and light commercial condensing units.

Assembling the fan correctly involves several checks in sequence. The hub must seat fully on the motor shaft with the set screw engaging the shaft flat. Blade depth in the orifice must reproduce the original position. Tip clearance must be even around the full circumference. The assembly must turn freely by hand without contact. And the guard must be refitted and secure.

Skipping any of these produces a fault that appears later: a hub that creeps, a blade that contacts the orifice, airflow below specification, or a safety hazard.

Confirm diameter, rotation, pitch angle, wing count, hub bore, and hub depth before ordering, and work through the assembly checks before restoring power.
