The Lau 60559001 is a 20 inch counterclockwise rotation, 30 degree pitch, four-wing propeller fan blade for condenser and ventilation fan applications in HVAC equipment.

Condenser fan blades operate in a position that exposes them to whatever the outdoor environment supplies: rain, airborne dust, pollen, cottonwood, grass clippings from mowing near the unit, and in some locations leaf litter and insects.

Most of that debris ends up on the condenser coil rather than the blade, which is where it does the most harm to performance. But deposits do accumulate on blade surfaces, and because they build unevenly they contribute to imbalance as well as reducing aerodynamic efficiency.

Cleaning the blade whenever the fan assembly is removed is therefore worthwhile, and it costs nothing beyond a few minutes with the assembly already in hand. The same visit is the natural opportunity to clean the coil properly from the inside outward, which is the only direction that actually removes embedded debris.

Confirm diameter, rotation, pitch angle, wing count, hub bore, and hub depth before ordering, and clean both blade and coil while access is available.
