The Lau 60652101 is an 18 inch, two-wing, 32 degree pitch propeller fan blade for condenser and ventilation fan applications.

Two-wing blades are less common than three- and four-wing designs and are used where a specific combination of airflow, motor load, and cost is required. With fewer blades presenting area to the airstream, a two-wing blade generally demands less torque than a multi-wing blade of the same diameter, and the 32 degree pitch compensates by moving more air per wing.

The acoustic character also differs. Fewer blades passing a given point per revolution lowers the blade passing frequency, which changes the tone of the fan noise rather than simply its level.

Because wing count affects both airflow and motor load, a two-wing blade is not interchangeable with a three- or four-wing blade of the same diameter and pitch. All four specifications must match the original.
