The Rust-Oleum RSOV2155838 is V2100 high performance spray paint, enamel, 15 oz aerosol, safety orange, gloss, 20 minute dry time, 6 per case.
Safety orange has the most specific assignment in the whole colour scheme, and it is one worth knowing because it explains a thing people see constantly without understanding.
Under the safety colour conventions industrial facilities work to, orange designates the dangerous parts of machinery — the energised, moving, cutting parts that a guard covers. The convention is that the machinery under the guard is painted orange, so that when the guard is removed or left open, orange is visible.
That is the point. Orange showing means something that should be covered is not. A glance across a shop floor and any orange visible is a machine with a guard off, and that reads instantly, from distance, without a sign.
It is an elegant system and it only works if the colour is consistent and reserved. Orange used decoratively destroys it.
Which is what a specified safety colour delivers: the same orange, batch to batch, across years, so the signal stays a signal.

Enamel cures by oxidation. The 20 minute figure is dry-to-touch.
Applications include machine guarding, exposed moving parts, and hazard marking.
