Nidec/Emerson Condenser Motor 3/4 HP 1075 RPM 460V

The Nidec/Emerson 3742 is a 3/4 horsepower, 1075 RPM, 460 volt condenser fan motor for outdoor fan applications in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

Three quarter horsepower condenser fan motors serve large commercial condensing units and rooftop packaged equipment where the condenser coil area is substantial.

On equipment of this size, access is frequently the dominant cost in the repair. A rooftop unit may require roof access equipment, a crane for large components, or work in a confined mechanical space, and the labour to reach the motor can exceed the price of the part several times over.

That changes the economics of the visit.
