The Krylon KRYK03106888 is an 11 oz fluorescent spray paint in green.

Fluorescent is the specification and it works through a genuinely different mechanism from ordinary colour. A normal pigment reflects some wavelengths and absorbs the rest. A fluorescent pigment absorbs ultraviolet — which the eye cannot see — and re-emits it as visible light. The result is a surface emitting more visible light than falls on it, which is why fluorescent colours look like they are lit from within and why they are unmistakable at distance.

That makes this a marking product rather than a finishing one. Utility locates, survey marks, hazard marking, inventory, and inspection flagging are what fluorescent paint is for.

The limitation follows directly from the mechanism and it should be stated: fluorescent pigments degrade under the ultraviolet light that makes them work. They fade — faster than conventional pigments, and noticeably within months outdoors. That is acceptable for a temporary mark and unacceptable for anything meant to last. Fluorescent paint is not a durable finish and should not be sold as one.

At 11 oz this is standard aerosol packaging.
