Flange Wizard FLWPBG-601-1.200 Plasma Beveling Guide

The Flange Wizard FLWPBG-601-1.200 is a Plasma Beveling Cutting Guide supplied with the 1.200 bushing, in a compact case.

This is the same guide as the rest of the PBG-601 range, differing only in the bushing supplied — and that difference is the entire ordering decision. Plasma torch heads are not standardised between manufacturers, so the guide grips a bushing and the bushing grips the torch. The 1.200 suffix denotes the bushing fitted. Flange Wizard states the requirement plainly: bushing size to fit your plasma torch must be specified when purchasing.

The guide's function is cutting and beveling in one operation. Thick plate joints need a bevelled edge so the weld reaches the root, and the conventional route is cutting square then bevelling as a second pass. This tool does both at once. The head locks for straight 90 degree cuts or for bevel cutting at set angles, and height adjustment and angle setting are designed to be manageable for a beginner as well as a journeyman.

Capacity with the regular setup is 3-1/4 inch to 39 inch diameter circles; beveling inside gives 7 inch to 37 inch, beveling outside 7 inch to 40 inch. Straight and irregular shapes are also within scope. A 15-1/2 inch extension (3311-EX) covers larger circles.

The third wheel pairs with the MSG230 magnetic torch guide for beveling plate, beam, and channel edges.

Applications include plate cutting, weld joint preparation, and structural fabrication.
