Flange Wizard FLWFWI-CD-C Pipe Wrap Display

The Flange Wizard pipe wrap display is a merchandising unit supplied pre-filled with wizard pipe wraps in four sizes: 12 small wraps (FLWWW-16), 10 medium wraps (FLWWW-17), 6 large wraps (FLWWW-17A), and 4 extra-large wraps (FLWWW-19).

A pipe wrap is one of the simplest tools in pipe fitting and one of the most used. It is a flexible template wrapped around a pipe to give a square line around the circumference — the reference a fitter cuts to. Without one, marking a square cut around a round pipe by eye produces a cut that is not square, and a pipe cut out of square does not fit its fitting.

The quantities across the four sizes tell you how demand distributes: 12 small, 10 medium, 6 large, 4 extra-large. Small and medium pipe dominates the work, and the display is stocked to match rather than carrying equal depth across sizes that do not sell equally.

Wraps are consumables rather than tools. They are used against a torch and a grinder, they tear, and they get thrown away — which is exactly why they belong on a display where fitters can grab replacements rather than in a catalogue.

Applications include welding supply stores, industrial distributors, and trade counters serving pipefitters and welders.

Note: this SKU shares a DisplayName with the counter flange display in the source data, though the ItemIDs differ.
