Flange Wizard FLW8920-P-1.070 Plasma Case

The Flange Wizard FLW8920-P-1.070 is the Deluxe Combo Burning Guide case, supplied with the 1.070 plasma bushing, in a case measuring 15 inches long by 10 inches wide by 3-1/2 inches deep.

Deluxe Combo is an accurate name: this case carries two cutting guides rather than one, and that is the reason to buy it over the 8910. It includes a Plasma Beveling Cutting Guide (#PBG-601-1.xxx) covering straight and radius cuts with hole burning from 3-1/4 inch to 39 inch diameter, plus a Chariot Beveling Burning Guide (#24219-CBG) covering straight and radius cuts with hole burning from 2 inch to 36 inch diameter, and a magnetic base with straight pin and suction cups (#77350) for larger holes and radiuses.

The two guides cover different ranges and that overlap is the point. The Plasma guide reaches to 39 inches; the Chariot starts at 2 inches. Between them the case handles circles from 2 inches to 39 inches, where either guide alone leaves a gap at one end. A shop cutting a genuine range of hole sizes needs both.

The -1.070 bushing suffix fits plasma torch heads from 1.030 to 1.068 inch. Verify your torch head diameter before ordering.
