The Flange Wizard FLW61-1.007 is a plasma bushing for torch head diameters from 0.750 to 1.005 inch.

A plasma bushing is the adapter that connects a plasma torch to a Flange Wizard cutting guide, and it exists because plasma torches are not standardised. Every manufacturer builds its torch head to its own dimensions, so a guide designed to hold a torch has to accommodate a range of head diameters. The bushing is the sleeve that bridges that gap.

The consequence for ordering is that the bushing is not optional and it is not generic. The guide holds the bushing; the bushing holds the torch.
