The Diamond Lead Reels DLRBOIS is a set of 4 bolt isolators, supplied as replacement parts for Diamond lead reels.

These are small parts doing a job that matters more than their size suggests. Diamond lead reels are electrically isolated assemblies — the reel is insulated so that welding current travelling through the cable wound on it cannot find a path into the reel body and, from there, into the truck or rig it is bolted to. The bolt isolators are what maintain that isolation at the mounting points, insulating the metal mounting bolts from the welding current.

They are wear items. The isolators degrade over time under vibration, weather, and the mechanical load of a reel full of heavy cable, and once they have worn through, the isolation they provide is gone. That failure is invisible until current finds the new path — at which point the reel and whatever it is bolted to become part of the welding circuit.

Because of that, these are a maintenance part rather than a repair part. They are standard on all Diamond lead reels and should be inspected and replaced as a matter of routine rather than after a problem appears.
