All-Pro ALPCB-72032P Cup Brush Twist Knot Clamshell 2-3/4" 020" Steel 5/8"-11

The All-Pro ALPCB-72032P is a 2-3/4" twist knot cup brush with .020" steel wire, a 3/4" trim length, a 5/8"-11 arbor, and a maximum rated speed of 15,000 RPM. It is supplied in clamshell packaging, 12 each per case.

The small diameter is the point of this brush. At 2-3/4" it fits where a 6" cup cannot — inside corners, weld joints, channel and angle sections, pipe fittings, and confined areas on a fabrication. It is also the brush to reach for when the work needs concentrated aggression on a small area rather than coverage across a panel.

The twist knot construction bundles the wire into tight, rigid groups that strike the surface rather than sweeping it, which is what removes mill scale, weld slag, heavy rust, and coatings that a crimped brush only polishes.

The 3/4" trim length is short, and short trim on a knot brush means stiff: less wire flex, more of the energy transferred into the work.

The 15,000 RPM maximum rating is the specification to check before mounting. Smaller brushes carry higher speed ratings, but the grinder must still be verified against it — the rated speed is a limit, never a target.

The 5/8"-11 arbor mounts directly to standard right angle grinders.

Applications include weld cleanup, joint preparation, rust and scale removal in confined areas, and general fabrication and maintenance. Supplied 12 per case.
