Weldas ADP23-7711 Winter Liner Heavy Duty Tan

The Weldas ADP23-7711 is a heavy duty winter liner designed to be worn under a hard hat, providing insulated coverage for the head, ears, and neck in cold and severe-cold working conditions.

Construction pairs a twill outer shell with a Sherpa lining. The twill face gives the liner a dense, tightly woven exterior that stands up to repeated wear and shedding of wind, while the Sherpa pile traps a layer of warm air against the skin — the same principle that makes pile-lined outerwear effective without excessive bulk. Because bulk is the enemy of hard hat fit, the liner is cut to sit under a suspension without displacing it.

The full neck design extends coverage below the collar line, and an extra large neck flap adds a further layer across the back of the neck and shoulders for severe cold protection — the area where wind most often finds its way into a jacket. The liner is finished in tan.

This is a cold-weather PPE accessory for crews who cannot stop working when the temperature drops: outdoor welders and fabricators, construction and roadwork crews, utility linemen, refinery and plant maintenance, rail and yard operations, cold storage staff, and winter fleet work.
