CLC 100-Pack Nitrl Disp Glove XL 2337X

The CLC 2337X is a 100 pack of extra large disposable nitrile gloves.

Disposable glove discipline is the aspect most often neglected, and the failures follow a consistent pattern.

Gloves are put on for a dirty task, then worn while opening a van door, using a phone, handling a customer's property, and operating tools. Everything the glove touched is now on those surfaces.

The correct practice is to remove gloves when leaving the task, and to remove them without touching the contaminated exterior with bare skin. The technique of peeling the first glove off inside out, holding it in the gloved hand, then hooking a finger inside the second glove's cuff and peeling it over the first, is worth learning.

Reuse is the other failure. A glove removed and put back on has contaminated the inside, and it is then holding whatever it collected directly against the skin.

Damage during use is a further consideration. A disposable glove that tears provides no barrier, and the wearer may not notice.

Availability determines whether gloves get used at all, so keeping a box within reach in the vehicle rather than in a toolbox matters.

Confirm chemical resistance and sizing suit the work, change gloves when moving between tasks, and dispose of used gloves according to the contamination involved.
