The Moldex MOX6702 is an EcoStation earplug refill, one size, foam plugs, tapered, uncorded, orange, 33 dB noise reduction rating, wall mount, PVC free, 500 pair per refill.

This is the refill for the EcoStation dispenser, not the dispenser — and the distinction is the whole reason both exist. Ordering the refill without having the station gets 500 pair of plugs and nowhere to put them. Ordering the station every time when the refill is what was needed wastes money and produces a cupboard full of dispensers.

The refillable design is the point of the product. Most dispensers are consumable: the unit and the plugs arrive together and the empty unit goes in a bin. A plant getting through tens of thousands of pairs a year generates a steady stream of discarded hardware doing that. A station that stays on the wall and takes refills removes it, and costs less per pair.
