Moldex MOX6644 Earplug Dispenser SparkPlugs Disposable Uncorded One Size

The Moldex MOX6644 is a SparkPlugs earplug dispenser, one size, disposable foam plugs, tapered, uncorded, multi-color, 33 dB noise reduction rating, wall mount, PVC free, ANSI S3.19-1974, 250 pair per dispenser.

The dispenser is not packaging — it is the intervention, and it is worth explaining why.

Noise-induced hearing loss is cumulative, permanent, and completely painless. There is no moment where a worker notices it happening, and no feedback loop that makes anyone reach for a plug. Protection therefore depends entirely on plugs being worn every single time, and that depends on getting a pair taking approximately zero effort.

A box of plugs in a supervisor's office produces a workforce that goes without, because nobody walks back for a two-cent plug when the job takes ninety seconds. A wall dispenser at the entrance to the noise means grabbing a pair on the way in. That single piece of placement does more than any amount of signage.

The hygiene argument runs alongside: a dispenser presents one pair at a time, where an open box gets handled by everyone.

At 250 pair this is the smaller of the two SparkPlugs dispensers.

The 33 dB rating is the top for foam plugs, with the standard caveat that laboratory ratings overstate real-world performance.

Applications include manufacturing, construction, and plant entrances.
