ACT ADP24-175-N-50 Heavy Duty Cable Tie 24" 0.35" Nylon 66 Natural Clamping

The ACT ADP24-175-N-50 is a 24" heavy duty cable tie rated to 175 lb minimum tensile strength, supplied 50 per package. It measures 0.35" wide and accepts a maximum bundle diameter of 7", placing it in the large-bundle class used where a standard 120 lb tie is undersized.

The tie is molded from Nylon 66. The added strap width over lighter ties is what carries the higher tensile rating, and it also spreads clamping load across a wider footprint on the bundle — useful when the tie is holding a heavy loom or a group of cables that must not be pinched. The clamping head engages the serrated body for a positive lock that holds under vibration and repeated thermal cycling.

Natural is the undyed nylon finish and is specified for indoor and protected installations: switchgear and control panels, machine frames, cable trays, conduit runs inside a building, and enclosed equipment bays. Where the tie will see direct sunlight, the UV-stabilized black version should be substituted.

At 24" with a 7" bundle capacity, this size covers gathered multi-conductor runs, hydraulic and pneumatic line bundles, ducting, and equipment harnesses that a shorter tie will not close around.
