This tie combines the two specifications that matter for large outdoor bundles: reach and UV resistance. The 48" length with 15" bundle capacity handles cable tray runs, pipe and hose groups, ducting, and equipment mounting where the tie must wrap both the bundle and the structure. The black carbon-black pigmentation absorbs ultraviolet light before it can break the nylon's polymer chains, which is what keeps the tie from turning brittle and failing after a season in the sun.
