The Radians RDNRWG13L is a pair of foam dipped nitrile work gloves, large.

Foam dipping is the specification and it is the coating that changed oily handling.

A smooth coating grips by contact. Introduce oil and a film sits between the glove and the part, and the glove slides on it — the wearer grips harder, and the part still gets dropped. Anyone handling oily components in smooth-coated gloves recognises the feeling immediately.
