The Workforce is Ironclad's all-purpose medium-duty glove, built for all-day general work: high performance synthetic suede palm, breathable nylon back of hand, TPR knuckle impact protection, thumb saddle reinforcement, and a terry cloth sweat wipe.

The EN 388 rating is 3121 — abrasion 3, cut 1, tear 2, puncture 1. Read the cut rating honestly: at 1, this glove offers essentially no protection against a blade or a sharp edge. It is designed for abrasion and general wear, not for cutting hazards, and specifying it where sharp material is handled is a mismatch.

Ironclad publishes grip ratings of dry 3/5, wet 3/5, oily 2/5 — not an oil grip glove.

The slip-fit cuff allows quick on and off, and the glove is 100% machine washable, hang dry, which matters for a glove worn daily.
