PIP PIN34-875/XL Protective Industrial Products G-Tek Maxiflex II X-Large

The PIP PIN34-875/XL is a G-Tek MaxiFlex II glove, black and grey, micro-foam nitrile coated palm, full finger and knuckles with seamless knit nylon, X-Large.

Note that this catalogue lists the /L version of the same glove as X-Large in its description. One of those two listings has the wrong size. Verify both before publishing.

Also note the packaging: the /L listing states 12 per case while this one states no quantity. Confirm the order unit.

The glove itself is the extended-coverage MaxiFlex. The standard version coats the palm and fingertips; MaxiFlex II carries the coating over the full finger and the knuckles as well.

That extension addresses the part of the hand that a palm coating ignores. Reaching into a machine, an engine bay, or a panel, it is the back of the fingers and the knuckles that drag across edges — and a knit back offers nothing there. A coated back takes it.

The cost is breathability. More coating means less open knit and a warmer glove, which is why both versions exist rather than one replacing the other.

Micro-foam nitrile is the coating: porous, so it draws an oil film into itself and grips the part underneath rather than hydroplaning on it. Nitrile resists the oils that destroy latex.

Applications include automotive, mechanical, and maintenance work.
