The Microflex MFXMF-300-L is a Diamond Grip powder free latex exam glove, large, 100 gloves per box, 10 boxes per case.

Latex is the material and it is the specification that needs stating plainly, because it is both this glove's strength and its disqualifier.

Latex's strength is that nothing else feels like it. Natural rubber has elasticity and tactile transmission that nitrile still does not match — a latex glove conforms to the hand and lets the wearer feel what they are touching. For fine work, that matters.

The disqualifier is allergy. Natural rubber latex causes genuine allergic reactions, occasionally severe, and sensitisation develops with exposure — someone who tolerated latex for years can react. That is why healthcare largely moved away from it and why any facility using latex needs a nitrile alternative available. Anyone with a known sensitivity cannot use this glove.
