The Johnson Controls A19BBC-2C is a remote bulb temperature control for refrigeration and temperature control applications.

The temperature range a control covers is a selection criterion distinct from its setpoint, and it constrains what the control can be used for.

A control with a range suited to medium temperature refrigeration cannot be set to freezer temperatures, and one ranged for freezer applications may not adjust up to cooler temperatures. Selecting a control whose range comfortably encompasses the required setpoint, with room either side, is the correct approach.
