The DiversiTech 61221CX is a male quick disconnect terminal sized for 12 to 10 gauge conductors, providing a separable push-on connection.

Male terminals present a tab that accepts a mating female disconnect, allowing the connection to be separated by hand without tools. In HVAC and refrigeration work, male terminals are typically fitted to field wiring or component leads that must mate with female disconnects on the opposing side of a connection, and they are used when adding components, extending circuits, or repairing wiring where the original connection scheme must be preserved.
