The DiversiTech PROTREAT-152 is a condensate drain treatment for preventing blockage in drain lines and pans.

At each cooling season service the drain deserves a defined sequence. Inspect the pan for standing water, debris, and biological growth, and clean it. Confirm the pan drains fully rather than holding water, which indicates it is not level or the outlet is above the water line.

Check the trap. Confirm it holds water, that it is correctly formed, and that its depth suits the pressure at the connection point. Verify flow by pouring water into the pan and confirming discharge at the termination.

Inspect the termination, since a discharge point that is blocked, crushed, or positioned where it freezes produces a seasonal blockage.

Confirm the treatment suits the equipment and pan material, and record the service date.
