The Williams SNPTCQZO52ADP is a dual pin torque wrench head, 1-5/8 inch, open end, Z dual pin shank, maximum torque 480 ft-lb, centre of fastener to retaining pin 5-3/4 inch.

Dual pin is the specification and it explains how 480 ft-lb goes through an interchangeable head at all.

A single retaining pin holds the head in the wrench and carries the load. That works to a point. At 480 ft-lb the pin becomes the limit — a single pin in shear, with a 5-3/4 inch lever arm on it, is a great deal of force in a small pin. Two pins share it and double the joint's capacity.

Which is why Z is the top class here: J at about 60 ft-lb, Y at 99 to 160, X at 240, and Z at 480 with two pins.

The 5-3/4 inch offset is the largest in the range and it makes the correction arithmetic mandatory rather than advisory. On a 24 inch wrench, that offset extends the effective length by nearly a quarter — set the wrench to 400 and the fastener sees roughly 500. That is a hundred foot-pounds of error on a structural fastener, and the wrench clicks as though everything is correct.
