Fine for occasional use. Not sure it would hold up to heavy use.

The Williams SNPC-74 is a round nose chisel, 3/8 inch.
Note the source states only the size. Verify length, material, and finish against Williams' data.
A round nose chisel is a shaped cold chisel and the profile is the specification: the cutting edge is a curve rather than a straight line.
That geometry does one job. It cuts a radiused groove — an oil groove in a bearing, a rounded channel, a fillet in a corner. A flat chisel cannot: it cuts a flat-bottomed slot with sharp corners, and sharp internal corners are stress raisers. In a bearing, an oil groove with square corners is a crack waiting to start.
So the round nose chisel is a machinist's and fitter's tool rather than a general one — used where the shape of the cut matters and not just the removal of metal.
The rules that govern every struck tool apply. Strike it with a ball pein hammer, never a claw hammer: claw hammer faces are hardened for nails and chip when they meet a hardened chisel, and the chip travels. Dress a mushroomed head back on a grinder or scrap the chisel — a mushroom is shedding fragments with every blow. And wear eye protection, because hardened steel striking hardened steel is precisely the mechanism behind a large share of workshop eye injuries.
Consider a chisel holder for awkward work.
