The Williams SNP1214MRCS is a combination wrench, 14 mm opening, rounded open end, 12-point box end, 4-11/16 inch overall length, high-polish chrome, stubby.

Stubby is the specification and the 4-11/16 inch length against a 14 mm fastener is the whole story: this wrench is far shorter than the leverage would normally warrant.

That is deliberate and it is a trade. A standard 14 mm wrench is around seven inches, and that length is engineered — it is roughly the leverage that lets an average hand apply the correct torque for that thread and no more. A wrench that is too long invites over-torquing.
