Stanley STN11-921A Utility Knife Blades Heavy duty utility blades with dispenser

The Stanley STN11-921A is a set of heavy duty utility knife blades with a dispenser, standard 2-point blade type, 2-7/16 inch, steel, 100 per pack.

The dispenser is the specification worth noting, and it is a safety item rather than packaging.

A hundred loose utility blades is a hundred pieces of razor-sharp steel in a box, and reaching into that box is exactly how people cut themselves — usually on the way to changing a blade because the last one was dull, which is the second injury in the same sequence. A dispenser presents one blade at a time, edge shielded, and it takes the used one back.

That last part matters. A used blade has nowhere good to go. Dropped in a bin it cuts the person emptying it; left on a bench it cuts whoever leans on it. A dispenser with a used-blade slot solves the problem people rarely think about.

Two-point is the blade type: the trapezoid utility blade with two usable cutting corners. When the first dulls, the blade is reversed and the second is fresh. That doubles the life and it is why they are shaped that way.

The reason to change blades often is counterintuitive and worth stating: a dull blade is more dangerous than a sharp one. It needs more force, and force is what sends a knife somewhere unplanned.
