The Mars M43301 is a fan cycling pressure switch with settings of approximately 75 and 100 PSI, closing on rise.

On a fan cycling application the logic is that rising head pressure calls for more condenser capacity, so the fan starts as pressure climbs. Falling head pressure indicates the condenser is rejecting heat too effectively for the conditions, so the fan stops and pressure recovers.
