CRC CRC02130 Cleaner 16 oz Colorless Aerosol

The CRC02130 is a cleaner supplied in a 16 oz aerosol can with an 11 oz net fill, packaged 1 each with 12 per case. It is a colorless liquid, classified extremely flammable, with a flash point of 16 °F and a very fast evaporation rate.

The very fast evaporation rate and low flash point identify this as a flush-type cleaner rather than a soaking degreaser. The product is designed to be sprayed on, carry contamination off the part, and evaporate essentially immediately — leaving the surface dry with no residue. That behaviour is what makes a fast-flash cleaner the right tool for parts that cannot be left wet and cannot be wiped: precision assemblies, tight clearances, and components that must be reassembled or energised straight after cleaning.

The 16 °F flash point demands respect and dictates the handling. This is an extremely flammable product; the vapour is heavier than air, pools in low areas, and is ignitable well below room temperature. It must not be used near any ignition source, on energised equipment, or in a confined space without ventilation. Welding and grinding operations and a fast-flash cleaner do not belong in the same area at the same time.

Applications include precision parts cleaning, machinery and tooling, automotive and fleet service, manufacturing and assembly, and maintenance work where a residue-free finish is required.
