CRC CRC02120 Degreaser 20 oz Clear/Water-White Aerosol

The CRC02120 is a degreaser supplied in a 20 oz aerosol can with a 15 oz net fill, packaged 1 each with 12 per case. It is a clear, water-white liquid, classified flammable, with a flash point of 185 °F and a slow evaporation rate.

The slow evaporation rate is the specification that defines how this product is used, and it separates a degreaser from a fast-flash cleaner. A fast-evaporating solvent is designed to flush a part and disappear in seconds, which is right for electrical contacts and precision assemblies. A slow-evaporating degreaser is designed to stay wet — to sit on a surface and keep working, softening heavy grease, oil, and accumulated grime long enough to penetrate rather than flashing off before it has done anything. That soak time is what removes baked-on deposits from engines, gearboxes, chain drives, and machinery housings.

The 185 °F flash point places it in the flammable rather than extremely flammable class, which matters for storage classification and for use in areas where more volatile solvents are restricted. Normal precautions around ignition sources remain necessary.

The 20 oz can with 15 oz net fill provides useful volume for the kind of soak-and-rinse work this product is bought for, where a coating rather than a spot application is required.

Applications include automotive and fleet maintenance, heavy equipment service, manufacturing and machine shops, agricultural equipment, and general plant maintenance.

Consult the manufacturer's SDS for handling, ventilation, and compatibility guidance before use.
