The GRW80061H is a dual material screwdriver set with Pozidriv tips in sizes #0, #1, #2 and #3, in black oxide finish, with alloy steel construction, a dual material straight handle, and a plastic storage tray.

Pozidriv is the specification that defines this set and it is routinely misunderstood, which is worth addressing directly. Pozidriv looks like Phillips and is not. It has additional ribs between the main flutes and a different flank geometry, and the two are not interchangeable — a Phillips driver in a Pozidriv screw engages on the wrong surfaces, cams out under torque, and chews the recess. A Pozidriv driver in a Phillips screw fits badly and does the same.

The consequence is that Pozidriv fasteners require Pozidriv drivers, full stop. Pozidriv is common in European-designed equipment and in a great deal of imported machinery, and the usual failure is a technician reaching for a Phillips because it looks close enough, then wondering why the head is destroyed.

The dual material handle combines a rigid core for torque transmission with a softer outer for grip — which matters on a driver being turned hard with oily hands.

Alloy steel is the correct tip material; soft tips round both themselves and the fastener.

The plastic tray keeps the set together, which is what stops individual drivers disappearing.
