Energizer ENEEN91 Industrial Alkaline Batteries Size AA 6 packs per case

The Energizer ENEEN91 is an Industrial alkaline battery in AA size, supplied 24 per pack with 6 packs per case.

Energizer Industrial is the professional counterpart to the company's retail line, and the distinction is channel and packaging rather than a different battery on a fancier card. Industrial cells ship in bulk trays without consumer graphics, blisters, or peg hooks, and they are bought by organisations that consume batteries as a maintenance consumable.

The economics are the argument. A facility replacing cells across hundreds of devices is paying for two things: the battery and the technician's time. Retail packaging adds cost to the first and, in bulk, wastes the second — a technician opening two dozen blister packs on a maintenance round is being paid to fight cardboard. A bulk tray of 24 solves both.

AA is where that volume concentrates, because AA powers the widest range of equipment in any building: remotes, sensors, clocks, dispensers, door hardware, instrumentation, and handheld devices.

The 24 per pack, 6 packs per case configuration is a stores cupboard format.

Alkaline chemistry suits the moderate, steady drain that the overwhelming majority of institutional AA devices present, with the shelf life to sit in a store between rounds.

Applications include facilities maintenance, healthcare, education, hospitality, government, and industrial operations.

Users include facilities managers, maintenance departments, and institutional procurement.
