Duracell DUR41333-04649 Coppertop 90 Pack Floor Tower Stand Display

The Duracell DUR41333-04649 is a Coppertop 90 pack floor tower stand display, holding 63 packs of AA 4-pack (MN1500B4Z) and 27 packs of AAA 4-pack (MN2400B4Z). Set-up dimensions are 13.25 inches wide by 13.25 inches long by 48.75 inches high.

The 4-pack is the specification that defines this display's audience, and it is the opposite end of the range from the 16 and 24-pack towers. A 4-pack is a device purchase — someone buying batteries for the thing in their hand, not for the drawer. It is the lowest price point in the category and the highest rate of sale.

That is why the piece count is 90, the highest in the range: small packs, sold quickly, restocked often.

The AA to AAA split of 63 to 27 is roughly seven to three, the most AA-weighted ratio across these displays. At the 4-pack level that skew is at its strongest, because the devices driving impulse battery purchases — remotes, toys, mice, small electronics — run predominantly on AA.

The floor tower format puts this in traffic rather than at a till. A 4-pack sells to a customer who has remembered something, and reminding them requires being seen.

At just over a square foot and 48.75 inches high, it fits an aisle end or entrance.

Applications include grocery, convenience, hardware, pharmacy, and general merchandise retail.
