The Packard L5411 is a 9 watt, 115 volt clockwise rotation unit bearing motor for refrigeration evaporator and condenser fan duty.

The mounting arrangement on unit bearing motors of this type is typically a set of threaded studs projecting from the motor face, which pass through a bracket or the equipment panel and are secured with nuts. The arrangement is simple and adapts readily, but stud spacing and thread size vary between manufacturers and should be confirmed against the existing bracket.

Orientation is the constraint that matters most. These motors are lubricated for a specific shaft attitude, normally horizontal, and mounting them outside the permitted range allows the lubricant to migrate away from the bearing surfaces.
