The Southwire 9709SW8808 is a power supply cord assembly supplied for connecting equipment to a receptacle where a cord-and-plug connection is permitted or specified.

Cord connection is used where equipment must be readily disconnected without electrical work, where the equipment is intended to be moved or replaced periodically, or where the manufacturer supplies the unit configured for cord connection.
