The All-Pro ALPP4430XC is a Vu-Thru LLDPE can liner with a 23 gallon capacity, manufactured at .95 mil in a clear finish. It is packaged 10 per roll, 10 rolls per box, for 100 liners per box.

The clear finish is the whole specification, and Vu-Thru names it. A black liner conceals contents — which is exactly what facilities want in an office and exactly what they cannot allow in other settings. Where waste has to be visually inspected before it leaves a building, the liner has to be transparent. That covers recycling streams that get contamination-checked, secure and screened facilities where opaque bags are a policy problem, and any operation where someone needs to see what is in the bag without opening it.

At .95 mil in LLDPE, the liner is specified for routine waste. LLDPE stretches around a puncture rather than splitting from it, which is the property that matters for mixed office and facility waste.
