At 60 gallons this is the large-format bag in the contractor range, and the size is specified for bulk rather than weight. A bag this large filled with dense debris becomes unliftable long before it is full — where it earns its capacity is on high-volume, lower-density waste: insulation, packaging, sheetrock offcuts, stripped roofing material, and general site clean-down.

The 3.0 mil grade is the contractor-duty thickness, built for waste that a household liner cannot survive: cut edges, nails, staples, tile and brick fragments.

LLDPE is the deliberate material choice. Linear low-density polyethylene stretches around a puncture and holds rather than splitting, which is the failure mode that matters when a full bag is dragged across a floor covered in offcuts. HDPE is stiffer and cheaper per bag, but it propagates a tear from a single puncture.

The black finish conceals contents during removal and transport.

Applications include construction and renovation, demolition, roofing, landscaping, event clean-down, and facilities maintenance.
