Description
This Seiko MP-A40 kit combines the Bluetooth mobile printer with a rear-facing sensor, a battery bypass unit and a USB cable. The battery bypass is the point of this configuration: it lets the printer run on external power instead of a battery pack, which suits permanent vehicle, cart, kiosk and bench installations where the device stays connected and a battery would simply be one more thing to manage. The rear-facing sensor supports accurate media detection for the printer's supported label and receipt stock. Bluetooth keeps the connection to phones, tablets and handheld terminals wireless while power stays hard-wired. The kit measures 6.1 x 6.0 x 2.8 in and weighs 1.7 lbs. Please note no battery is included; add the Seiko BP-A0720-B1-E pack if portable operation is also required.
