RL Flo-Master Sprayer Chemical 2G 90162

The RL Flo-Master 90162 is a two gallon chemical sprayer for applying cleaning solutions and treatments.

Tank capacity determines how much work can be done between refills, and the right size depends on the job rather than being a matter of bigger is better.

A two gallon tank covers a residential condenser and evaporator comfortably, and several units on a maintenance round, without becoming unwieldy. A full two gallon sprayer weighs enough to be noticeable when carried up a ladder or across a roof, and a larger tank becomes genuinely awkward in those positions.

For commercial work involving large coil surfaces, the calculation reverses and refilling becomes the constraint.

Dilution accuracy matters as much as capacity. Most coil cleaning chemicals are supplied as concentrates for dilution, and the ratio affects both effectiveness and safety. Too dilute and the cleaner does not work, prompting repeated application. Too concentrated and the risk of damage to fins and of operator exposure both rise.

Measuring rather than estimating the concentrate, and mixing into water rather than the reverse where the manufacturer specifies it, is the correct practice.

Sprayers should be dedicated to one chemical type where possible, since residue from an incompatible product can react with the next.

Confirm chemical compatibility, capacity, and nozzle type against the application, and rinse thoroughly after use.
