DiversiTech Capacitor 50/5 MFD 440/370V TRCFD505

The DiversiTech TRCFD505 is a round dual run capacitor rated 50 plus 5 microfarad at 440 and 370 volts for compressor and condenser fan motor service in air conditioning equipment.

Replacing a condenser fan motor is the point at which dual capacitor requirements most often change without anyone noticing. The original OEM fan motor and its universal replacement are unlikely to specify the same capacitance, because the replacement is a different design serving a range of applications rather than a motor engineered for that specific unit.

Good practice is to read the new motor's nameplate before the old capacitor is refitted.
